I'm sorry I sent yesterday's letter late in the day AFTER you sent your VERY nasty tweet telling your detractors to "go back where they came from." Perhaps if you had seen my letter early in the day you would have refrained and then people like Thersa May wouldn't have to tell the world that your language was "completely unacceptable." …
I would love to see you stop with those nasty tweets. Calling Paul Ryan, "Weak, ineffective & stupid" after you once tweeted, he is "a truly good man, and while he will not be seeking re-election, he will leave a legacy of achievement that nobody can question." Which statements am I supposed to believe? That kind of inconsistency makes you sound like a fair-weather friend, who can't be trusted. You don't want to sound like that, do you? …
…I hope you enjoy your visit to the Derco Aerospace plant today. Will Merillyn Hewson (MAH) be there to show off the inventory of 60,000 fixed wing airplane parts? It's nice of you to give Hewlett Packard some publicity. Was it part of the deal that you struck with MAH on Wed. when she agreed to keep that Sikorsky rotocraft plant open in PA?…
…Talking about counting words, I am running out of them so I won't have space to ask questions about Seema Verma and how she is "routing taxpayer dollars to GOP consultants" to burnish her image as the head of Medicaid. Tell her to talk to my former Chancellor Linda Katehi about the dangers of doing that…
…RAA is doing a good job helping with the kidney situation. It's too bad that he did such a bad job handling Jeff Epstein's crimes in 2008. …According to Rep. Katherine Clark of MA RAA "chooses the powerful and wealthy over the vulnerable and victims of sexual assault." I hope that's not true and if it is, you'll need to find a new Sec. of Labor.
Wasn't it nice of Bruce Hrobak to say such nice things about you during his remarks at the environmental gathering at the WH yesterday? … He mentioned that fertilizer is the source of the algae problems that are affecting his bait business. I'm afraid that the problems might persist since you rolled back the Clean Water Act which protected waterways from fertilizers and pesticides.
It looks like Melania had a wonderful trip to Africa. I wish I could have gone with her. Kenya and Ghana are on my bucket list and bottle feeding a baby elephant would be a dream come true. According to the NYT she made some questionable choices in wearing colonial era hats. Perhaps she needs a consultant.
…Did you see the article about Ilhan Omar (IAO) in today's WP? They say she's unlike anyone who has served in Congress before and has a "complicated story." That sounds like you. …Among the other things that you and IAO have in common are your "long shot campaigns," your "complicated marriage histories," your tendencies to ""botch basic facts" and your "struggles to see the humanity in your opponents."…

…Have you seen that statue of Melania outside of Sevnica? I'm afraid that it's not at all flattering. The guy who made it was born in the same hospital in the same month as Melania. …The statue is kind of endearing so maybe he's got a soft spot for Melania. I hope she's gracious about it.
… Have you heard of Mercy Otis Warren? I never heard of her before reading Breen's piece today. My ignorance of her shows how limited my US history education was! … Some think she inspired the Bill of Rights by writing Observations on the New Constitution and on the Federal and State Conventions. She was worried about despotism …
… I'm sorry that you had trouble explaining your concern for the homelessness the other day, and now all the news outlets are making hay out your words on the issue. When you told Tucker Carlson that world leaders "can’t be looking at that," it sounded like you just wanted people without shelter out of your sight, rather than wanting to help them…
