My dear Friend and president, DJT,

This morning I am thinking about Dwight Eisenhower, kidneys and US labor secretary Alex Acosta (RAA). According to the 4 tweets and 2 retweets that you've made in the past hour, you are thinking about Iran, the effort of the Dems to investigate Russian meddling in our elections, something about Ilhan Omar and jobs for African American. So many things to think about, so little time. Let's see how fast I can explain my thoughts.

            1) Ike said, "we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought of unsought, of the military-industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist." Please remember those words the next time you are tempted to brag about all of the jobs that are created when you sell weapons to people like the Amir of Qatar. Instead, brag about selling medical equipment or art.

            2) Thanks for trying to improve the way we care for people's kidney problems. In addition to our military-industrial complex, we have a dialysis-transplant complex that is sucking up 7.2% of the Medicaid budget yielding huge profits for Fresenius Medical Care and DaVita. I'm so happy to hear that you are figuring out a way to incentivize home dialysis.

            3) RAA is doing a good job helping with the kidney situation. It's too bad that he did such a bad job handling Jeff Epstein's crimes in 2008. Please make sure that he doesn't eliminate  International Labor Affairs Bureau. As you know, that bureau does the imoprtant work of investigating sex trafficking of minors. According to Rep. Katherine Clark of MA RAA "chooses the powerful and wealthy over the vulnerable and victims of sexual assault." I hope that's not true and if it is, you'll need to find a new Sec. of Labor.

            Gotta go,

            RCA
