I was intrigued to see that you are meeting with Rep. Adam Kinzinger (ADK) today. I suspect it has to do with his recent deployment to the border in his role as National Guard pilot. He's been quite vocal about what he saw, supporting your assertion that there is an emergency there. I'm still not convinced and encourage you to remain open to the idea of letting go of this "emergency" thing….

I love the photo that you posted to Twitter of Alaska from the sky. Did you take it? It's nice that you got a warm reception at JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON. We share an affection for Alaska, although I suspect that neither one of us would like to live there. Too dark and cold for too long. The summers are amazing though!

Can you stand the suspense? Michael Cohen is speaking to the House Oversight and Reform Committeeright this very minute. Your buddy, Mark Meadows, did his best to delay the hearing claiming that the 24-hour rule was not followed and the written testimony arrived at his desk after 10 PM last night. I am so glad to hear that he is worried about the rules, but also glad that there's another rule that lets the rest of the committee bend the rules when they want to. Rules are tricky that way aren't they? Nice to have when they suit you and a pain in the neck when they don't…
