My dear Friend and President, DJT,

As my friend, Caroline just texted me, "Here’s to fresh start Mondays." I hope I will have a fresh start Monday and that my husband's renewed lease on life will be the beacon for a bright week. What kind of fresh start are you hoping to have?

I'm sure that it will be fun for you to greet the North Dakota State University Football team at the WH this morning. According to the Grand Forks Herald, Sen John Hoeven told you about their amazing record of winning 7 Division I FCS championships in the last 8 years. Unfortunately, their coach just left for Kansas State so it's nice that you are honoring their success today. I am sure that your staff alerted you to the fact that they pronounce the mascot's name with a "Z". They are the BiZons. I am sure they will be thrilled to be out of Fargo today where it's 3 degrees. Brr!

According to the Fargo paper, Inforum, Andrea Travnicek will be joining you. It sounds like she's the unofficial NDSU ambassador to DC in her post as Acting Assistant Secretary for Fish, Wildlife and Parks. As long as she's at the WH you might interview her to see if she should be the permanent Assistant Secretary. She has the credentials that you favor having worked for a coal and natural gas company before joining for your administration. She was on the soccer team at NDSU so I'm sure she's fit and energetic. Hopefully she has some good ideas about running the National Park System.

I'm sure that you have won some bonus points in Fargo today and that all of your fans there are thrilled. It may help them recover from the wringer you put the farmers through recently.

Have a good one,

RCA
