My dear Friend and President, DJT,

I hope you believe the adage, "there's no such thing as bad publicity," because today, you are getting plenty of it. Your name appears 16 times on the NYT website, 19 times on the WSJ and 28 times on the WP. That's the highest I've seen in the past few weeks that I've been checking into that. Greer and Kiefer at the CSM claim that you have "transfixed us" with your "split screen presidency." Keeping track of you is like watching a tennis match. We have to keep looking back and forth - Hanoi, DC, Hanoi, DC. You're making me dizzy!

How are you feeling about your meeting with KJU? What happened to making a peace declaration? That would have been a step in the right direction but I haven't heard mention of it in the coverage. I know that you "walked away" from the "deal." I think that was prudent. I suggest that you take the advice of my father who liked to say, "to eat an elephant you need to take small bites." You and KJU can both make a small concession and then see how it goes. You won't get as much publicity, but you already have plenty of that so it's worth a try.

What's up with Lynne Patton? I had never heard of her until your buddy, Rep. Mark Meadows, singled her out at the Cohen hearing yesterday to show the world that you were not racist because you had a black employee. I was really sorry to see him put her in such an awkward position. I'm surprised she went to the hearing since she's been so busy on her publicity tour in NYC, which, by the way, I think is brilliant. Shining a light on the sorry state of the housing projects by living in them for a month. She may not have as much housing administration experience as most in her position, but she has gusto. Be sure to check in with her.

I am hoping for calmer days,

Best,

RCA
