….It’s my sister’s 66th birthday, King Charles 3’s (KC3) coronation … I am not big on pomp, circumstance & expensive celebrations so I am sending my sister a card & giving her a call. I am more drawn to the #NotMyKing folk than the adoring fans chasing after the KC3’s carriage….

…last night I went to the Chancellor’s House for dinner. It’s not the WH, but it’s not my house either.…The dinner was to honor Barbara Brandon-Croft (BBC), 1st Black woman to have a nationally syndicated comic, Where I’m Coming From. My colleague, Darnell Degand … invited me as one of his guests to the event. I felt honored….
