… I understand that you signed us up for the Methane Pledge. That’s great. We’ve got some folks here at UCD who focus on that. A couple of guys look at the methane produced by burping cows. Ermias Kebreab has figured out how to add seaweed to the feed of dairy cows which mitigates their methane production…

…Have you packed for your trip to Rome yet? The venue for the conference should be interesting. Apparently, it’s a fascist showplace that Mussolini built for the 1942 World’s Fair that never happened. It is known for having “menacing overtones.” I’ll be curious to see if that’s the vibe you get….
