My Dear Friend & POTUS, JRB,

             Please send your condolences to the people of the town of Thantlang in the Chin State in the Northwest corner of Burma. On Oct 29, the junta shelled it destroying 160 homes & 2 churches. Many of the residents had already fled to India & while dismayed, are not defeated. Their continued resistance gives me hope that eventually the junta will fall. Please keep the Burmese people in your thoughts & prayers.

         Please send my best to PPMB when you meet with him today. Their dad posted some cute photos of them in their cone costumes from the hospital where they were fighting a respiratory virus. That must have been a scary Halloween!!!

         Please remind PPMB that building more lanes of traffic leads to more traffic. Known as “induced demand” scientists have the data to show that we don’t need more pavement. So, implements the MEGAPROJECTS program, I think bridges & rail are the way to go rather than widening highways.

         I’m sure you will have a blast with the Bucks today. Giannis is super excited for his visit & has been rehearsing his greeting. Did you get to see him play in the playoffs? Not only is he an amazing scoring machine, he’s a super nice guy. His twitter motto includes the flag of Greece & Nigeria & the quotes "It's beauty in the struggle, ugliness in the success."  I’m Me and I’m ok with ME.

            He is showing the world that immigrants enhance their communities & should be welcomed with open arms. Please keep him in mind as you continue to craft your immigration policies.
