My Dear Friend & POTUS, DJT,

Did you have fun at the President’s Cup yesterday? I’m sure you were happy that Brandt Snedeker attributed the come-from-behind victory of the USA team to the “juice” that you brought to them. I would have blushed if I got the praise he was heaping on you after their victory.

It looks like today may be more of a grind with 3 back-to-back policy meetings. I’m surprised that one is scheduled for only 30 minutes. What can you get done in such a short meeting?

It looks like we dodged a bullet with the W&WW. According to Anthropic’s AI, “so far the damage looks like widespread flooding, erosion, downed trees & scattered power outages, rather than catastrophic destruction.” 

Speaking of flooding, we’re trying to decide whether to buy flood insurance for this year at Washington Commons. Seeing an article about the “Kelvin wave” heading for CA in today’s G made me think it’s a good idea. It said “this year’s El Niño is likely to be the largest in at least 1,000 years”. Is the WH likely to flood?

I have to wrap up so I’ll just end with the reminder of the flooding in Burma. Please keep an eye out for ways to be of assistance.
