Did you have fun at your Great American State Fair last night? According to the StressLens you didn’t get very excited during your speech. Your highest score was 1.863 at the 11 minute mark when you said something about the monuments you were building.
Maybe you’re still jet lagged from your Europe trip or maybe you’re exhausting yourself by posting to Truth Social in the middle of the night. Either way, I encourage you to calibrate your energy so you can be more enthusiastic at the next America 250 event.
Speaking of energy levels, are you ready for the “dramatic day” that the G reports is awaiting you? They claim “huge political fireworks have detonated on Capitol Hill far ahead of anything resembling a Fourth of July celebration.”
I worry that you may are undermining yourself by catastrophizing elections by insisting Congress bend over backwards to pass the SAFE act. Everyone, yourself included, loved the Save America Act (SAA). Your refusal to sign it makes it seem that you don’t care about the folks who want to buy homes but can’t afford to. I’m sure you DO care about those folks so, best to back off your ultimatum. Best to sign the SAA & give up on the SAFE Act.
BTW, in case you don’t know, “catastrophizing is a cognitive distortion that prompts people to jump to the worst possible conclusion, usually with very limited information or objective reason to despair.” That’s the definition provided by Psychology Today. I’m afraid the results of the 2020 election caused you so much embarrassment that you went a bit crazy & stopped thinking straight & made you come to the faulty conclusion that our whole voting system is corrupt
Psychology Today suggests you can “identify & reframe exaggerated conclusions… to get a better hold on your negative thoughts.” I suggest that you reframe your loss in 2020 as a gift from God which gave you the time to come up with your plan for your second term. While I am in no way a fan of the plans you came up with, folks have noted that your hiatus from the WH gave your crew the time to produce Project 2025.
OoM, the news from Burma indicates that MAH is enriching his friends & family through a deal with China to build electric cars. This makes no sense because they keep having electric outages there & few people can afford EVs. Yet another example of how MAH is oblivious to the needs of the common folk in Burma.
