My Dear Friend & POTUS, DJT,

Should I fasten my seat belt & get ready for a bumpy week?

I’m already a bit discombobulated by your change of schedule. First your rallies in KS & IA are on, then they’re off & now they’re on again. Others are also  trying to interpret how that happened. Some think that you decided to travel because the Reuters reporter asked you if you were sick of it while others think that the GOP is worried about winning in those states.

Maybe you aren’t even sure why you are doing it, so I have to ask, “are you sure it’s a good idea?” You have to be exhausted & when we’re tired we tend to make mistakes. I know you think your fans will let you get away with saying the stupidest things, but even they have a limit. I’m afraid you may let loose & say something so outrageous that even Blake “Brick Suit” Marnell will turn on you. If you do decide you must go, stick to your script.

The thing that worries me more than a rally blunder, is that you are going to create a big hullabaloo if the GOP loses control of the Senate. Most Americans believe in being a good sport  who recognizes when he’s been beat. You have not been able to do that in the past, but I’m hoping you’ll do it this time.

You can take a lesson from Angel Reese who accepted the Dream’s defeat in last night’s NBA final by saying “we’ll be back.”

I have to go to my Yangon Friends Meeting so I will close with my usual request that you not forget the plight of the people of Burma.

BYBS,
