I missed the Indiana-Miami game yesterday. Did you have fun watching Cignetti coach his Hoosiers to their amazing undefeated season? Their success is just another reminder that God is Change!

Apparently, that’s the message of the big wigs at Davos this year with Satya Nadella, Microsoft’s C.E.O, emphasizing the need for innovation & Larry Fink, the new co-chair of the WEF talking about “whether capitalism can evolve to turn more people into owners of growth.” Folks are calling this an “exponential time!” You can join the chorus about the need to innovate by changing your tune on Greenland & Venezuela & most of the attendees would cheer!

Even better would be for you to seek out the six young Global Shapers who are also below the co-chairing the meeting. According to UNICEF, they are there to “recognize that young people are the demographic group most affected by the far-reaching disruptions affecting the world of work (and are) finding that yesterday’s skills no longer match today’s job market.” 

Unfortunately, Myanmar, Ukraine & Gaza do not seem to be on people’s minds in Davos as everyone is so caught up in the potential of AI. Please don your peacekeeper hat & talk about the need to for people to coexist in order for the planet to thrive.
