Where are you right now? Your calendar indicates that the time for your departure from Palm Beach is TBD. It also shows you stopping in Miami. What are you going to do there?
I didn’t see any indication of your marking MLK Day in any way. Your helpers in the WH have been so over stretched that they forgot to issue the proclamation this year. AI says “Based on available records, every president since Reagan has issued a formal proclamation or statement for Martin Luther King Jr. Day, underscoring its national significance.”
Certainly you have not changed your mind about what you proclaimed in 2020, that “on this day, we are reminded of what Dr. King described as ‘our noble capacity for justice and love and brotherhood.’ As we pay tribute to Dr. King, I urge all Americans to heed his call to action so that we may build the “Beloved Community” that he envisioned, living up to the sacred promise for a better future woven into the fabric of our American identity.” I must assume that Susan Wiles & her team are so busy handling other matters that they overlooked the need for a proclamation this year.
Speaking of your changing your mind, I am sure you were being facetious in your letter to Norwegian prime minister, Jonas Gahr Støre, when you wrote, “considering your Country decided not to give me the Nobel Peace Prize for having stopped 8 Wars PLUS, I no longer feel an obligation to think purely of Peace.” Of course, you still believe that WINTA!!
I encourage you to consider the downsides of making threats, especially in this situation when our national security can be achieved by putting troops in Greenland. According to the 1951 Defense of Greenland Agreement we are allowed establish and operate military "defense areas" there with broad "operational rights”—rent-free and with unrestricted movement for defense purposes. We don’t need to “own” it!
OoM, please call Timor-Leste President José Ramos-Horta(JRH) to find out about his meeting with delegates of the Chin Human Rights Organization. He got informed about “the systematic abuses & the reign of terror perpetrated by the Myanmar military junta against the civilian population,” & MAH is accusing him of interfering in his internal affairs. Like you, JRH seeks global peace & he can help you get back on that Nobel (sic) path.
