My Dear Friend & POTUS, DJT,

                  It’s too bad that misinformation about your death went viral on the internet at the end of this week when you took a short hiatus.  Ian Bremmer, the political scientist who founded the Eurasia Group consultancy, claims the rumors of your demise reveal more about the state of mistrust in information & institutions in the US than they do about your health. Do you have some ideas about how to restore trust so Americans can sleep easier?

                  How did the golfing go yesterday? Did you have some bonding moments with Kai & Spencer when they hit solid drives & sank their putts? What kind of grandfatherly wisdom did you share with them beyond tips on which club to use?

                  I have two asks today.

                  First, please check into the situation with Benjamin Guerrero-Cruz. He’s the 18-year old who was traumatized when 15 ICE employees ambushed him while he was walking his dog. They carted him off to detention in his PJs & he didn’t have access to a change of clothes or a shower for a week. To make matters worse, his family didn’t know where he was. Benjamin is a model citizen, well loved by his teachers & classmates. He is not a criminal & does not deserve inhumane treatment. Please show some grace & compassion & release him from his captivity. While you are at it, please release Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia, too.

                  Second, please check into the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit that is starting up today. As you know Modi, VVP, MAH & XJ are convening for some photo ops. XJ is talking about the 'dragon' and the 'elephant' coming together. Newsweek says that XJ is trying to cozy up to "tariff-aggrieved nations" so you might want to rethink our trade policy.
