My Dear Friend & POTUS, DJT, 

What are you up to today? I assume you are taking the day off because your public schedule has not been published. Are you on radio silence?  

SoW, I was disappointed to learn that the new editor-in-chief at CBS, Bari Weiss, prevented 60 Minutes from airing a story about "the brutal & tortuous conditions" in El Salvador that Venezuelan migrants were sent to last March. Correspondent, Sharyn Alfonsi (SA), says she sought comments & interviews from the Department of Homeland Security, the WH & State Department, but no one responded. As you know, the truth will set you free, so best to ask Stephen Miller, Kristi Noem & Marco Rubio to talk with SA so we can all get a better understanding of the situation inside CECOT. Hiding the story just makes you look bad. 

Speaking of BW, she seems like a fascinating person. As a self-proclaimed, “pro-choice, pro-Israel & pro-gay marriage” journalist, it’s hard to put her in a box. I worry that she might be like my classmates at the Dartmouth Review (DR) motivated by stirring things up & poking fun at people rather than to telling the truth. Like you, she may be impervious to criticism. 

The DR reporters pulled all kinds of offensive stunts to get attention & did not appear to have any moral compass. I wonder if they now have regrets shenigans like holding a lobster dinner on the porch of the Hanover Inn when the majority of the campus was fasting for Oxfam World Hunger Day. I am curious about what Keeney Jones thinks of his piece, "Dis Sho’ Ain’t No Jive, Bro" now that he’s a priest. 

God is Change!!! Earth just demonstrated that by moving the Northern Hemisphere into a period of greater & greater lightness. I hope this renewed illumination will lead to progress in finding non-violent means of settling our differences in all spheres of our lives, especially in places like Burma & the Sudan. In the meantime, let’s do all we can to empower those with limited resources, especially children.
