My Dear Friend & POTUS, DJT,

Have I told you about my daily consultation of the I Ching? I’ve written so many letters over the years I can no longer keep track of their contents. Anyway, the I Ching reminds me that I am not the center of the universe & that, often, the best course of action is to wait.

Today’s Hex (#40) cautions us against “moving too quickly.” Teachers learn about the importance of waiting in their prep programs but have a hard time practicing it. Research indicates that students, whose teachers pause after asking a question, perform better on tests, but silence in classrooms can be uncomfortable especially when a few eager students are waving their hands in the air. Exercising the self-discipline to resisting a sense of urgency is well worth the effort!

I encourage you to slow down on the deals you plan to discuss with MbS at the WH today, especially regarding the 48 F-35s he wants to buy. According to AI, the F-35 is designed to be the “quarterback of the skies.” Not only is it the stealthiest plane around, after detecting enemy movements with its “sensor suite,” it connects with allied assets & enables “coordinated, networked operations that no other fighter can match.”

Do you have any guarantee that MbS won’t turn around & use it against Israel or worse give one to VVP so he can reverse engineer it? I

Please consult with Congress before selling anything to MbS & recall that WINTA!

My usual update on Burma has been affected by the outage at Cloudflare (CF) this AM. It seems that most of the news from Asia has been affected. Apparently, CF is the “biggest company you’ve never heard of” & does a variety of things to protect the web including defending against “malicious actors try to overwhelm sites with requests.” Apparently, they aren’t delivering on their promises today. Please check into this.

My one piece of Burma info today comes from the Lokmat Times. They reiterate the ways Chinese mining companies perpetuate the mess there by exploiting water resources for their mines leaving the citizens without access to water. Please keep your eye on things in Burma.

BYBS,
