It’s a beautiful day here with the crab apple trees in full bloom. I wrote almost the same thing to you exactly one year ago. Some things don’t change (much). .. I encourage you to put some flexibility in your calendar for 3/22 – 3/25, the dates that the NPS has forecast for the peak bloom. It would be great if you could take a walk around the monuments, celebrate the beauty of our Capitol & make some noise about CCC…

…Today, I am dwelling on guns after talking with my daughter about the shootings at a high school in Olathe, KS where 3 people got injured. The media is crediting the school safety officer, Erik Clark, with averting a tragedy by disabling the shooter after taking a bullet himself….

… If you haven’t seen it yet, take a look at today’s G where you can see an older citizen of Melitopol reprimanding a couple of grunts asking, “what are you doing here?” That kind of thing is happening in Myanmar, too. Eventually, individuals in the military will see the Light & follow their own hearts rather than doing what they are told….
