My Dear Friend & POTUS, DJT,

You are so lucky! The weather today is perfect for the Indy cars to tear up the streets of DC. I hope they don’t literally ruin the roads & also so hope that the vibrations of those 1500+ lb vehicles don’t damage the contents of the museums they’ll be driving by. 

It’s amazing that Bud Denker pulled off the planning in 7 months. Has he shared his philosophy with you that winning comes from studying your defeats? You might want to adopt some of his rhetoric that you lose more often than you win so “you’re going to learn a lot more from those losses in your world than if they were all wins.” 

OoM, news from Burma continues to depress me. Today I learned that MAH bombed a monastery while 100 people were gathered for a Vassa retreat. Vasssa is the Buddhist Lent or Rain Retreat, when the devout stay put for  period of time to intensify their spiritual practices. 

Please express your outrage at this attack! Religious sanctuaries should be respected.
