My Dear Friend & POTUS, DJT,

Have you heard of locatetrump.com? It popped up when, wondering if you were on the gold course, I queried “where is Trump right now.” It says, “the latest confirmed entry places Trump at Los Angeles in Los Angeles, California on May 16, 2026 (17 minutes ago).”

Clearly, locatetrump.com's algorithm is flawed! If I wasn’t critically examining the accuracy of locatetrump’s response, I would have assumed you were in a penthouse on El Manor Ave.

This response is one of those “glib & polished answers” that AI produces “so quickly that the friction of thought begins to feel inefficient, if not unnecessary.” Luckily, I had my thinking cap on & didn’t automatically trust that you had mysteriously turned up in CA.

John Nosta’s deftly articulated prose came up in my new quest to master AI. He proposes that AI can create “a genuine cognitive reciprocity” with its user & also warned against the danger of apps relieving you of the cognitive struggle that leads to learning. He concludes that we “must still ask the hard question, feel the uncertainty, & resist the urge to let the machine do all the work.”

Speaking of AI, what did XJ have to say about it? Did you both agree you would not use it in battle?

Speaking of XJ, Nicholas Burns told Amna Nawaz on PBS that your effusive praise for XJ was a mistake because to “Chinese ears, it sounded like President Trump was a supplicant & therefore in a weakened position in cultural terms.” You might try to hold back a bit when XJ comes to the WH in September.

Did the topic of Burma come up at all? Did you talk about what you might do about the scam centers? Did XJ express any sympathy for the civilians in Burma who have been afflicted by so much suffering in the past 5 years?

I am off on Amtrak to SF to participate in the Bay-to-Breakers tomorrow. My daughter & I will dress as 2 frogs on a wog (a mash up of walk/jog in case you were wondering.) The frog aspect was inspired by the Portland Frog Brigade. It should be fun! 

Why don’t you join us? You could join the crew who run in their birthday suits. That would divert media attention away from inflation, the war & the Epstein files!
