I asked AI if you found joy yesterday & here’s what it said, “Donald Trump celebrated America’s “new golden age” on Presidents’ Day, which was yesterday, February 19, 2026.” It referenced an article from 10/21/24 with “joy” in the title when making the claim, "past coverage notes Trump’s energetic and enthusiastic public appearances, such as working at a McDonald’s during the campaign, where he said, “I’m having a lot of fun,” reinforcing a public image associated with personal and political enthusiasm.”
In this case, we both know POTUS Day was Feb 16, 2026, so AI was wrong about that. It also did not provide any information about the mood you might have been in yesterday when visiting GA. It seemed to have looked for the terms “joy” & “enthusiasm,” found a couple of things & concluded you have a “positive public image.” This crazy mash-mash of fact & fiction presented in an authoritarian tone seems to be the new world order. Clearly, I have to make my own inference about how you felt about your day yesterday & not rely on AI.
I’d assert you were in a playful mood as you chaired your Board of Peace(BoP) meeting. You seemed at ease sharing your assessment of the appearance of Paraguay’s President, Santiago Peña, calling him a “young handsome guy” & using a familiar vernacular to poke fun at world leaders who decided not to attend by accusing them of “playing a little cute.”
While you might enjoy residing over the BoP, I question the wisdom of treating the world as if it is a corporation with investors seeking profit. The rest of us do not think of people as employees who can be “fired” while those in charge joke around.
I find the conception of the world & its people as a dynamic evolving ecosystem with interdependent elements helps me to appreciate the essential role of all nations in the health of the planet. The UN seems to be organized with this model & I hope you aren’t trying to usurp it.
Back to joy, I hope you find some with the governors today. That being said, I hope you will not clown around & instead adopt a listening stance. Bonding with the group might be quite uplifting!
OoM, please keep an eye on Burma where fractures within the armed resistance movement became evident when the leader of the Burma National Revolutionary Army was rescued but the junta from an attack by the People’s Defense Force. It’s a reminder that WINTA & violence never solved anything.
