My Dear Friend & POTUS, DJT, 

What’s your impression of the news coming from China about XJ’s meetings? The AP claims that the photos of XJ, VVP & KJU indicate “dramatic redrawing of the global balance of power.” They get even more sensational when they call the group the “axis of upheaval.”  I hope your claim that they are “conspiring” against the US is also an exaggeration. 

As I see the photos of these guys strutting around, I wonder what the extent of their hold on their people really is. They like us to think that they are in control, but are they really?  

This query comes to mind because Min Aung Hlaing (MAH) was invited to participate in the SOC this week & XJ called him the “President” of Burma. I know that MAH is NOT in control of more than half of the land in his nation so his hold on power is rather tenuous. He’s signing all kinds of MOUs with Chinese companies, but the freeways they plan to build won’t come to fruition if the fighting continues. The Burmese are proud folk so I doubt they will allow XJ or MAH to dominate them.  

As you consider the amount of control that a leader has, I encourage you to send a last-minute invitation to Poland’s PM Donald Tusk (DFT) to join you & President Karol Nawrocki (KTN) today so you can make some real deals rather than just chit-chat. As I hope you are aware Poland has things organized differently than we do so those two split the responsibilities that you have as POTUS.  For example, KTN can’t purchase any weapons on his own. He can’t negotiate tariffs with you. He can veto legislation which he has been doing a lot of since being elected in August, but he needs to get DFT’s government on board to accomplish anything so you may as well get both of them in the room as you make agreements.
