My Dear Friend & POTUS, DJT,

Peacemakers – that’s our thing, right?

At your inauguration, you said it will be your proudest legacy to be one. If that’s how you want the world to see you, are you sure you want to have a big military parade on your birthday? It might make you look like a war monger.

According to ABC News, some vets don’t like the idea. They quoted one saying, “for us to be projecting this type of hard power, in such a real in-your-face way, that’s just not who we are.” Strong, confident people don’t have to flex their muscles.

When your parade is happening, I’ll be at a protest called, “No King’s Day,” here in Sacto. It’s a Power to the People event. I look forward to meeting some new friends.

Thanks for recognizing WWII vet, Command Sergeant Major Henry Armstrong, at Fort Liberty yesterday. Did you know he’s featured at on the The Nancy & David Wolf Holocaust & Humanity Center website. Unfortunately, the video of his interview has been taken down. I wonder why. Ever since you came to office it’s harder to find information. That’s not good. Please fix it.

I continue to be worried about Burma. Today’s press release from the UN says the country “may be on the path to self-destruction if violence does not end.” As you know their junta frequently parades around Naypyidaw, & it’s not a good look. Best not to emulate them. Even better would be to do all you can to stop the junta from getting aviation fuel so they stop bombing their people.

WINTA!!!
