A “12” on a scale of 1 – 10! That’s high marks! It’s nice you felt so positive about your conversation with XJ. Do you think he’d give it the same rating? Laura Bicker of the BBC indicated that your deal with XJ is not yet in ink. Are you sure your understanding of the agreement is the same as XJ’s? 

It’s challenging to get clarity on anything these days with all the misinformation spread by social media & AI making it hard for us, old folks, to figure out what’s going on. As we navigate this new world, let’s slow down & confirm before making statements.  

I mention this because it’s not clear what you meant when you suggested that the US would start “nuclear tests” again. Since your rationale seems to be that other countries are performing them, I hope you are referring to testing delivery systems & not the weapons themselves. Please clarify! No one wants nuclear explosions, anywhere. They are not good for the planet or our psyches. Better to focus on nuclear fusion rather than fission. 

OoM, please give Sen Josh Hawley a call to find out why he is so disturbed by your use of SNAP as means to end the shutdown. He can explain why he is calling the cessation of food assistance a “grim milestone” for our nation & perhaps persuade you to find other means to get the government up & running again. 

You might also call MAH to tell him to release the 67 prisoners who have been detained under the “Election Protection Law.” Just yesterday he jailed a movie producer & a couple of actors for making fun of a 36-minute propaganda film produced by his team to demonize the resistance. You can reiterate the importance of freedom of speech for a thriving democracy.
