Dear Joe,

            It’s Tuesday so I am in a hurry & will dispense with the usual pleasantries. Here’s 3 quick things.

1) DO NOT follow Jill’s suggestion & invite the Iowa women’s basketball team to the WH. The POTUS never has the 2nd place finishers join the winners.  Give Angel Reese the spotlight she deserves. As she explains , “I don’t fit in the box that y’all want me to be in. I’m too hood. I’m too ghetto. Y’all told me that all year. But when other people do it, y’all don’t say nothing. So this is for the girls that look like me, that want to speak up for what they believe in. It’s unapologetically you. And that’s what I did it for tonight. It was bigger than me tonight.”

2) When you attend your meeting with  your Advisors on Science and Technology, please ask CATHERINE WOTEKI about her work with the Collaborative crop resilience program. You need to learn more about their systems approach to understanding the dynamics of plants, soil, and microbe interactions such that we can predictively manipulate the plant-microbe-soil system to enhance crop resiliency. I find microbes fascinating. Those little guys have superpowers & can save the panet.

3) Please call your buddies in Japan & South Korea & tell them to condemn the junta’s seizure of power & to reject their sham polls.
