My Dear Friend & POTUS, JRB,

            Super quick note today with a couple of things to share.

1)    I got my estimated tax payment forms from the IRS yesterday. I had to laugh out loud when it told me that I was not allowed to send a check for more than $100,000,000. Was that an April Fool’s joke? Who is sending in checks for more than one hundred million dollars??? If they are doing that, I doubt they are reading the form and I suspect they are using some kind of electronic transfer.

2)    Did you see the Jayhawks stunning come from behind victory last night in the NCAA championship? It was inspiring. One of the poor Tarheel kids was so exercised that he threw up on the court. Must have been humbling to lose his dinner on national TV.

3)    As you call out the Russian Army for its atrocities on innocent civilians, please do the same for the Tatmadaw. They are using the same fear & intimidation tactics.

I have no idea what you are up to today because I have not had time to look at your calendar. Whatever it may be,
