My dear Friend, DJT,

            I wish you weren’t going to FL so soon after your hospitalization. I’m sure your mom would tell you to stay home, take it easy for your own sake & the sake of all of the people who will be in your vicinity as you travel. I would hate to have you spreading CV to your associates on Air Force 1 or to any of the folks in FL.

            I know how much you enjoy rallies so I’m pretty sure that you will go despite my advice. I assume that Dr. Leo Valentin (LV) will be on the podium. I find it fascinating that so many Latinos are supportive of you. Folks are calling LV a “Young Gun” which seems misguided in a state where the Pulse Nightclub & Stoneman Douglas High School shootings occurred & in the town where Trayvon Martin was murdered. Please avoid calling him that. I doubt he likes that moniker.

I wonder why his race against Rep. Stephanie Murphy isn’t getting more press. Maybe her bipartisan approach has made her the frontrunner in the race. Perhaps her voters are proud to have the first woman of Vietnamese descent representing them & aren’t as excited by LV’s Puerto Rican heritage. Maybe there are so many hot races out there that they can’t cover them all. Whatever the case may be, I am eager to hear more about SM vs LV.

            Isn’t this election season exciting? Don’t you wish we didn’t have the pall of CV & the specter of miscreants with their AK-57s taking away from the fun of it all?
