My Dear Friend and President, DJT,

Did you have a relaxing Sunday? I don't know how you can keep your energy level up when you do so much traveling. I am still recovering from being on the road for a week and I've been at home chilling for two days. Your energy level is quite impressive for someone your age!

I hope you enjoy your visit to the International Association of Chiefs of Police Conference in Orlando today. I understand that you'll be giving a speech there. I encourage you to take a few minutes to attend some of their sessions. Several are focused on "unbiased policing" where officers are developing an awareness of their own biases so they don't automatically assume that a black or brown person is dangerous. "Fighting hate with data", "averting school violence", "building bridges by giving voice to community grievance" and "speeding up forensic ballistic analysis" were other topics that caught my eye. I didn't find any talks about immigrants so I'm not sure this audience is going to be receptive to that topic.

I encourage you to meet Dr. Yevgeniy Gelfand who is researching the use of the psychedelic drug, methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA), to treat PTSD in police officers. MDMA raises your level of arousal while relaxing you at the same time and is known for increasing feelings of trust and compassion towards others. You might consider taking some before your speech so you can avoid some of your belligerent outbursts that many of us find so troubling.

Have a great day,

RCA
