My dear Friend and president, DJT,

It looks like you and Melania are having a grand time in London. I heard your remarks to QE at the State dinner last night. Thanks for sticking to your script and reminding the world of the strong ties between Great Britain and the US. I love that you brought up QE's time as a mechanic during WWII. Isn't it wonderful that she knows how to change a spark plug? I don't know how to do that, do you?

In looking through the photos posted on USA today, I came across a woman that I did not recognize so I looked her up. I'm sure you know Dame Vivian Hunt, the McKenzie partner who consults with companies about diversity and inclusion. I encourage you to invite her to do an audit on the WH. She can help you understand why you need a more diverse workforce. According to her numbers, a firm with an ethnically diverse workforce has a 33% higher likelihood of profitability outperformance. Gender equity also improves profitability. I'm afraid neither the state dinner last night nor your business roundtable at St. James Palace this morning met the diversity threshold that Dame Vivian likes to see. You need more black & brown faces around you.

There's one white face I was troubled to see in the State dinner photos. What was Steven Miller doing there? I hope he was polite and avoided sarcasm. Please don't let him near Prince Charles at the dinner this evening. I'm afraid Steven might say something sarcastic about climate change, and it will ruin the evening.

I am jealous that you will get some time to see the Churchill War Rooms. So much history was made there. Soak in the vibes so you can emulate Winston's best traits.

            Best,

            RCA
