…The bad news is what happened to Rodney Reese (RR) in Plano, TX. In case you didn’t read the Guardian, the poor kid was walking home …when the police tried to stop him. They had been called out on a wellness check because someone noticed him stumbling along on the ice. He ended up spending the night in jail….
