My Dear Friend & POTUS, DJT,
I feel you. Are you familiar with that expression? It’s my variant of “you feel me?”
I learned about “you feel me,” from a doctoral student. In his study of adolescent Black males in the juvenile justice & foster systems talking about their struggles, he found they said, “you feel me” excessively. When he carefully analyzed their use of this phrase, he found that they inserted it when the speaker was hoping his listeners were making inferences based on their common experiences as marginalized & stigmatized individuals & in this way could avoid explicitly stating their transgressions. It served as a check for understanding.
For me, “I feel you” is a concise way of expressing empathy. It acknowledges my understanding that someone has deep emotions they may not be articulating.
I imagine that YOU are feeling profoundly frustrated. Judges & experts are foiling your plans & you could lose Congress in Nov. That’s got to be hard for you.
You also have the snark attackers who get on your case about minor things. It must be annoying to see that the media say that when you were teasing that guy who owns the Bass shops, Johnny Morris about banning fishing, you “needle(d) one of (your) own guests, a billionaire retail mogul, with a mock threat to end his livelihood,”. They also said you “Stumble(d) Over Details of (Your) Own Order” when you didn’t know about the issues related to lead ammunition. I’d hate to have everyone picking apart every word I uttered. Perhaps you should cut back on the number of words you say to limit your chances of making a mistake & getting flak for it..

Please make ending conflicts everywhere your highest priority! People around the globe are being affected by the high price of diesel. In Burma, the junta is buying up most of the fuel & becoming heavily dependent on China to meet their energy demands. That’s not good for us. WINTA!!!
