My Dear Friend & POTUS, DJT,

What can you accomplish in 15 minutes? Maybe sign some documents? Maybe eat some food? Maybe talk to Susan Wiles? Perhaps do some exercises?

I’m asking because I had allotted 15 minutes to drafting this letter & am wondering what kind of letter I can produce in that time.

Since my time just got interrupted by my spouse who asked me to let the grocery delivery man into the building, I now have 8 minutes.

That’s life, though. Best laid plans… did Shakespeare write that? Don’t have time to look it up.

I need to cut to the chase, so here’s my query for the day.

How do you define friendship? Is it about compatibility - liking the same things, enjoying the same activities, relaxing in one another’s company? Is it about shared values - finding the same issues troubling, being committed to the same causes, having the same vision for the future? Is it about mutual admiration - being impressed by appearance, appreciating successes, enjoying talents? Is it about loyalty?

I’m asking this because your relationships with Lindsay Graham & Bibi are under scrutiny. Both of these guys have been in your sphere for a while & sometimes you seem to like them & at other times you call them names. Do you call them your friends?

My faith calls on me to call everyone my friend & I wish I had called the delivery guy, friend, when I opened the door for him.

It’s 8:30 & I need to turn my attention to other things.

I will close this drafty letter with a request that you not forget Burma & the struggles of the children there.

BYBS,

RCA

PS - I spent an extra 3.5 minutes revising so it’s now 8:34.
