My Dear Friend & POTUS, DJT,

How’s your GI tract? I worry that it might be clogged.  Given what you eat & your limited exercise, I suspect that your digestive system & the microbes in it are out of whack.

When I asked Anthropic’s app about the connection between constipation & grouchiness, it answered immediately. Usually when I ask it something, it spends several seconds telling me it is “cogitating” or “sifting” or “contemplating.” So it’s a well established fact that the health of your bowels affects your mood.

It all has to do with your “second brain” AKA as enteric nervous system (ENS), which is “two thin layers of more than 100 million nerve cells lining your GI tract from esophagus to rectum.” When those cells send out positive reports to your first brain, it is free to focus on other things. When those cells are irritated, so are you.

I’m concerned about this because if you were happier, you might not be so belligerent & you’d better understand what folks like Gen. Alexus Grynkewich are talking about when they recommend heading off military conflict rather than pursuing it.

Since you are in a bad mood, I suggest that you put a pause on the idea, floated today, of using the Mother of All Bombs to end the war in Iran. You need to talk to some experts like Stephen Biddle. He's quoted in today’s CSM & emphasized that wars end through negotiation rather than annihilation. He cautions that “because the U.S. military is ‘so good at the tactical level, it seduces political leadership into thinking’ that force alone will win a war.” It won’t!

Besides, WINTA!

OoM, thanks for designating the “Wonderland of Rocks”  in AZ as Chiricahua National Park. I hope you will restore funding to the NPS so they can operate it well. Scientists who study the “sky island” of hoodoos in the new park worry that climate change induced drought, fire, & insect outbreak will disrupt the fragile ecosystem that makes the place so special. They need some $$ to continue to monitor & protect it.

Did you hear that MAH let Aung San Suu Kyi call her son, Kim Aris (KA)? They talked for 20 minutes. While AK was relieved to hear her voice again after 5 years of being out of contact, he’d prefer that she be released. Please keep your eye on this situation & see what you can do to get her freed.

BYBS,

RCA
