            It looks like you had fun on the links yesterday. Is it true, as Jack Nicklaus claims, that you love golf more than $$? If so, what’s its hold on you? The other guys who play the sport? The mind game aspect? The need for strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, & coordination? The chit, chat that goes on while moving around the course? It’s nice that you have a diversion. I encourage you to play with women as frequently as you play with men, so the world can see that you are not sexist.

            Did you see the article in the G today about the rise in “youth clubs…using fitness and sports as an entry points to their neo-Nazi ideologies?” These chapters pop up in places where white boys are feeling vulnerable with “campaign(s) focusing on the importance of a Brotherhood of young White men having each other’s backs.” This is too 1933 for me. I know that you are averse to “racial indoctrination” so please see what you can do to discourage this kind of thing.

            Your visit with the Philadelphia Eagles today would be the perfect opportunity to say something about how much you appreciate the diversity of the team. According to the G, “DEI is integral to the Eagles, an equal opportunity destroyer of dynasties” with their Black QB & white cornerback. They’ve also got a Black woman on their coaching staff! Please bring her up front & center & applaud her efforts.

            As usual, I must remind you to keep an eye on Burma. The East Asian Forum wonders if Gen MAH is setting the groundwork for his successor “by promoting younger officers aligned with him, sidelining senior commanders & eliminating potential rivals.” They named Lieutenant General Kyaw Swar Lin as the guy MAH has in mind. I encourage you to have your people sus him out to see how we might get some influence.
