DJT,

Just watched KS Gov. Laura Kelly (LK) showering you with praise yesterday. I was surprised that a Dem. would be so effusive. It’s great that the CDC SWAT team was able to secure “non-congregate” living for the meat-packing workers in the “golden triangle” in SE KS. Wouldn’t it be great if the packers made enough money that they could always afford “non-congregate” living?

I understand it’s tricky to communicate the new hygiene regimes to the workers who come from Myanmar, Somalia, Ethiopia, Guatemala, etc. We are so lucky to have immigrants from all over the world willing to do the grizzly work of killing & dissecting animals so we can eat them. I’m glad that LK is doing her best to look after them.

What’s up with your twitter war with MI Sec. of State Jocelyn Benson (JB). As an author, she wields a mighty pen & she’s got the law on her side. The voters in MI want to be able to mail in their ballots. Don’t you?

JB sent her citizens an application so that they can rest assured that they won’t have to venture out to exercise their franchise. Perhaps you can apologize for misconstruing her intentions.

Please abide by Ford’s request to wear a mask in their Yipslanti facility today. May I also suggest that you include Lt. Gov. Garlin Gilchrist and Mayor Pro-tem Lois E. Allen-Richardson in your listening session with MI African-American leaders today? They may not be as effusive as LK, but they will help you understand why Black folk are troubled that even though they represent only 12 % of the Washtenaw County population, they have 34% of the CV cases there.

I hope you and Gretchen Whitmer can put your differences aside to help the folk in Midland. Let’s keep our fingers crossed that the contaminated sediments from the Dow chemical plant that have settled on the bottom of the Tittabawassee River don’t get stirred up by the floodwaters & get sent downstream & over the riverbanks. That would be an environmental nightmare. We don’t need any more of those.

            HYITL,
