My dear Friend & POTUS, DJT,

It was kind of MI State House 9th District Rep, Karen Whitsett (KW) to come to the WH to thank you for suggesting HDQ. It’s great that she and the other 4 CV survivors could sit in the cabinet room with you and share their stories. It was nice of you to break the rules so the WH docs could consult with her about her Lyme disease. I hope they were all indeed virus-free so you don’t get sick.

I encourage you to follow up with the CDC about Lyme disease. It’s bad news!!! It would be great if you could send more $$ to the CDC so they can do a better job providing direction on preventing and treating Lyme and other tick-borne diseases.

Isn’t it amazing that the hard workers of Ventec and GM have successfully produced their first ventilators at the plant in Kokomo way ahead of schedule? I encourage you to give Mary Barra a call congratulating her. You might apologize for your harsh words about her. After that, you might ask for her suggestions on how we can solve the testing problem. She knows how to coordinate supply chains, so maybe she can help insure that Quest Diagnostics, LabCorp & all of the other companies have the reagents and swabs they need so their machines can run at capacity. If we want to open things up, we’ll need 500,000 tests a day. It’s time to get busy!

I saw the WSJ editorial that may have influenced you to remove the half a billion dollars we send to the WHO. Director-general Tedros Ghebreyesus may have been slow to sound the alarm about COVI-19, but he’s not the only one. He may have lost us all some precious time, but let’s not blame this pandemic on anyone. It doesn’t help.

You’re going to be on calls all day. Don’t forget to stand up and move around. Being sedentary is not healthy.

            HYITL,
