My Dear Friend and President, DJT,

I was sorry that you started your day tweeting an attack on AFL-CIO leader, Richard Trumka. Have you ever noticed that you, two, have a lot in common? Not only do you both have "Trum" in your names, you both love coal miners, making inflammatory comments and being dramatic.  I'm not surprised you are exchanging barbs, but I suspect, deep down inside, you have an affinity for each other, kind of like your relationship with Vlad. Why do you have so many Frenemies?

I think you, both, need to spend more time with Susan Collins. I just read a CSM article about her entitled, "Can the Center Hold?" She's awesome, just like her hero, Margaret Chase Smith, Maine's first woman Senator. Both women are famous for never missing a vote on the floor and being unflinching in doing what's right. Susan is known as a bridge builder inclined to socialize across party lines with her colleagues in Congress. Have you spent much time with her?

I suggest that when you invite Susan to the WH to encourage her to vote to confirm Brett Kavanaugh you avoid drama, threats and inflammatory comments. Like me, she loves to go deep in the details, so give her lots of information so she can make an informed choice. You might need to give her access to the 100,000 pages of records from Brett's time in Bush's WH in 2001-2003. I don't think she likes secrets, and she's not the kind to become a Frenemy so you need to engage in full disclosure and be at your best.

Enjoy your day,

RCA
