My Dear Friend and President, DJT,

It looks like it's going to be a rainy Monday there in DC. You might even have some t-storms, you lucky duck! We rarely get those here and we haven't seen rain in months. We have our fingers crossed that we'll see plenty of it in a few weeks. It looks like the Oroville Dam, which failed in Feb 2017, should be ready to go in November, so we're all set for a bountiful rainy season. Yeah! Thanks for helping to pay for that. I hope you have plans to help pay for the other 7 dams in CA that are at risk of failing in the same way.

It looks like you'll be hosting some Hispanic folk at the WH today. It's too bad that you have offended so many of them with your tweets about PR that they are declining your invitations. Perhaps you should call Rep. Michelle Lujan Grisham and apologize.

I suspect that Rep Jaime Herrera Beutler of SW WA will come. She's known as one of the Bad Ass Women of DC due in part to her fight to get medical treatment for her in-utero baby who was the first ever to be born without kidneys. Since you won in her district which only has a few Hispanic folks, it's probably safe for her to come to the WH. Being one of the youngest members of Congress, she should have some fresh ideas for you. She's thrilled about a conservation of 20,000 acres on the south slope of Mt St Helens and wants to control the sea lions in the lower Colombia River for the sake of the salmon so talking with her about the environment would be a safe topic. She was part of a bipartisan effort to reauthorize the Violence Against Women Act so probably best to avoid talking about your exploits with women.

When you visit with you National Council on the American Worker, you better have a good explanation for why Mar-a-Lago has petitioned to hire 78 foreign workers this winter. Since you are pressuring them to hire American workers, shouldn't you be setting a good example?

Stay dry,

RCA
