DJT,

The big day is here. Too bad it's raining on the East Coast. Some folks don't get to the polls when it rains. You are probably happy about that because rain advantages the Republicans who tend to have cars and other means of transport to easily get to the polls. According to Yusaku Horiuchi of Dartmouth College, bad weather can affect the undecided voter because we get risk averse when it rains. It's only a small effect but in those toss up races it could make all the difference.

You probably are well aware of the 4 toss up Congressional races but to my knowledge you only got involved in KY's 6th district where Amy McGrath the fighter pilot might unseat Andy Barr. It's interesting that you avoided the other races. Today was the first I'd heard of the race in ME's 2nd District between 36 year-old Jared Golden and incumbent Bruce Poliquin. Golden's got some tatoos from his service in the military so he might just appeal to those old folks in the 2nd most rural district in the nation. Xochtil Small is my choice for the 2nd District of NM. She's the daughter of Mexican immigrants and into water issues. She's 33 so she'll be a breath of fresh air! I hope Mia Love beats Ben McAdams in the 4th District in UT. She may be Republican but she's strong. I know that you two have been at odds because of your derogatory comments about Haiti, which explains why you didn't campaign for her. Isn't it great to have all of these young folks running for Congress?

I'm sorry that you have cast doubt on the results of this election by concocting a story about voter fraud. Really Donald, you can do better than that. Nobody likes a sore loser.

Today we will all be winners because so many people are going to vote!

Be your best today,

RCA

PS - Did you read the piece in the NYT Sheryl Oring's postcards to the president project? She's been doing it for much longer than I have. Her approach is to have people dictate messages to her in public places. Have you read any of them?
