My Dear Friend and President, DJT,

How was your day yesterday? It looks like you had quite the party in the Oval Office for the signing of the Orrin Hatch Music Modernization Act. I'm afraid that I have never heard of "Kid Rock" or "Mike Love," but it's nice that they could join you for the event.

From what I read in the media Kayne's visit got crazy. Not too surprising. He loves to talk and he loves an audience so he just let himself go. I only saw snippets of his comments but I was happy to see that he believes stop and frisk is a bad idea, and that he is championing the idea that the solution to police brutality is love. That may sound naive to many, but it resonates with me.

Many black folks tweeted reminders that Kayne West does not represent them. He can only speak for himself and since he utters everything that comes into his head, you need to remember that many of his ideas have not yet been fully formed. I think you understand that, because you are prone to the same behavior. I wish I could get away with it, but I have found it is better to keep my mouth shut until I have thought things through and have enough evidence to make a strong argument.

I hope you enjoy your trip to Lebanon, Ohio today. The mayor, Amy Brewer, is excited about your visit and expects heavy traffic with lots of fans and protestors. You are nice to come out and try to help Jim Renacci's campaign. Do you think he can win? I find it surprising that despite his wealth, he hasn't been airing many commercials. The ones he is airing about Sherrod Brown's divorce in 1986 seem desperate to me. A recent poll has Brown leading Renacci 54% to 36% with 10% of the voters undecided. I'm sure the rally will be MASSIVE and EXPLOSIVE anyway. As usual, I urge you to try to be nice and avoid calling people "wacko."

Best,

RCA
